Bubbles Yablonsky, 34-year-old hairdresser/divorcee, may dress and look like a blonde Barbie-doll bimbo, but she aspires to be an investigative journalist. Bubbles is saddled with an ex-husband, a precocious daughter, and a shoplifting mother. When she trips over a courpse and implicates a wealthy town socialite in the crime, she is stepping in hot water but is determined to blow the lid off the murder and prove herself.

Walking with the Wagons: Life on the Oregon Trail Thursday, May 15 6:30 to 7:30 pm
The Oregon Trail was the largest migration in our country's history. Shirley Wienreich will tell us about this exciting and demanding time using slides and artifacts. She will also describe her own reenactment, walking in pioneer clothing beside the wagons, and sleeping under the stars. Space is limited; please register at the Information Desk.
