Mission Statement

The mission of the Wixom Public Library is to serve people of all ages with the highest quality collections, services and programs that support the educational, cultural, informational, business and recreational needs of the Wixom community. The Wixom Public Library supports intellectual freedom and access to informational resources for all.

The Wixom Public Library’s budget is primarily funded by a 10-year property tax millage. 1.08 mills to support the Library were approved by Wixom voters in November, 2006. Like the City of Wixom, the Library operates on a July 1 – June 30 fiscal year.
