Please join us for an evening with Chef Mary Brady as she shares her long journey in the restaurant and culinary worlds. 

Chef Brady has recently finished and published Mary Brady, Looking Back and Cooking Forward which includes a rich collection of stories along with cherished personal and family recipes along with favorites from her popular restaurant Diamond Jim Brady's menus, many of which have been featured over the years by Detroit  media.  Her book is filled with 60 recipes each accompanied by a beautiful photo.

Mary received her Certified Executive Chef designation from the esteemed American Culinary Federation and was the second woman in Michigan to achieve this accomplishment.

Chef Mary will be preparing selected recipes from her book and all attending will get to sample them.

Her book will be available for purchase and signing at the end of the presentation. REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
